HOE TE METEN

A. Chest:

Meet rond het breedste deel van je borstkas, net onder je oksels en over het volste deel van je borst. Begin met meten vanaf 2 cm onder de armsgaten. Zorg ervoor dat het meetlint horizontaal blijft en niet te strak of te los zit.

B. (HSP) Body Length:

Meet vanaf het hoogste punt van de schouder (HSP) recht naar beneden tot de onderkant van het kledingstuk. Houd het meetlint verticaal.

C. Sleeve:

Meet vanaf het schouderpunt langs de buitenkant van je arm naar de pols. Zorg ervoor dat je arm licht gebogen is tijdens het meten.

D. Bicep:

Meet rond het breedste deel van je biceps met je arm ontspannen langs je lichaam. Zorg dat het meetlint niet te strak zit.
