ACCOUNT

Do I need an account to place an order?

Accounts are completely optional, but by registering an account you only have to enter your address once and it will be saved. Saving your account allows us to apply additional access and services.

How can I create an account?

Click on the account icon at the top right of our website. To register, all fields with an asterisk must be filled in.

How can I change my details in my account?

To change your details you need to log in with your account details. You will immediately be taken to the page where the details can be changed. You can report a change of address under the address heading.

How can I subscribe or unsubscribe from the newsletter?

You can sign up by entering your email address at the bottom of the homepage. If you no longer wish to receive newsletters from us, you can click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the newsletter and follow the steps from there.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

When can I expect my order?

In the Netherlands you can expect your order within 1-2 business days. For deliveries outside the Netherlands, a delivery time of 2-3 business days applies. If your order has not arrived within the stated times, please contact us via webstore@radicalfash.com

I received an incorrect/damaged item

If you have received an incorrect/damaged item, please contact customer service at webstore@radicalfash.com.

An item is missing from my order

In the package, a form is enclosed with the products that should be in that package. We advise you to look at this carefully. If there is still an item missing, you can contact customer service via webstore@radicalfash.com.

EXCHANGE & RETURNS

Can I return items?

Of course, all items can be exchanged or returned. This also applies to items from the Sale.

Have my returns been received?

It can take 1 to 10 business days for us to receive your package. Once your package has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email from us.

When will my return be refunded?

The time it takes for an amount to be refunded differs from the chosen payment method when purchasing the product. If you paid by credit card it can take about 3 weeks. For other payments it can take 2 to 5 business days.

Why isn't my credit card working?

We accept most major cards available today, but if an option needs to be left out, we offer the option to pay with PayPal, which works in most other cases.

Can I combine multiple discount codes with one order?

No, unfortunately it is not possible to use more than one discount code per order.

PRODUCTS

A product I want to order is sold out in my size, will it come back in stock?

Sometimes we get restocks, sometimes we don't. If you want to be notified of a restock, sign up for a back in stock notification with the product.
