If your order consists of multiple items, you may receive them in multiple shipments. You will receive a separate shipping confirmation and a DPD track & trace code for each shipment. If your received order does not match what you ordered, please contact our customer service via webstore@radicalfash.com .

We do our utmost to keep our online assortment up-to-date. In rare cases, however, it may happen that an item is no longer in stock during processing. If an item is unexpectedly not available, we will inform you as soon as possible and refund the amount paid within 14 days.

When can I expect my order?
If you place your order on a working day before 5:00 PM, it will be shipped the same day, except on Sundays and public holidays.
You will receive a shipping confirmation with a track and trace code as soon as your package has been sorted by the carrier in the sorting center. This allows you to track your package.
Please note that during sale periods or special promotions, delivery times may be longer than normal. As soon as your package has been sorted, you will receive the track and trace information by email. Check this regularly for the most up-to-date information about your package.
Do I have to pay shipping costs?
Yes, there is a shipping fee of €6.95 per order. For orders over €100 we offer free shipping.
What are my delivery options?
Standard delivery with DPD
If you place your order on a working day before 17:00, your package will be given to DPD that same day. Provided there are no delays with the carrier, you will receive your package the next day at the specified address.
Pick up at Radical Fash HQ
You can also choose to collect your order yourself from our office at the following address:

Where can I find the status of my order?
When your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking number that can be used to track your order on www.tracktrace.nl or www.internationalparceltracking.com
Can I cancel my order?
Unfortunately, we cannot cancel placed orders, as they are automatically processed in our system. After you receive your order, you have the opportunity to return it.
My package has not been delivered. What should I do now?
Unfortunately, it can happen that your package is delayed by the carrier. We advise you to carefully check the track and trace information first.
If you notice that the information on the track and trace page is incorrect, please feel free to contact us. We will investigate the problem for you and, if necessary, start an investigation into your package.
My order is incomplete or damaged. What now?
In that case we ask you to contact us. Send your order number and a photo of the complaint to webstore@radicalfash.com .
Please note that different items may be delivered separately. We will inform you clearly about this, and you can track the delivery of any missing items via the new DPD track & trace code, which you will receive by email.
