What’s the delivery time for my order?
We offer worldwide shipping delivered by FedEx within a few working days. See the terms and conditions page for more specified info regarding delivery times.
How much is the shipping cost?
Shipping is free worldwide. Please note that the delivery charges do not include import costs that may be due when the package reaches the country of destination.
Can I get a tracking number?

Do you deliver to work addresses?
You can choose an alternate delivery address on checkout. Be aware that FedEx does not deliver to P.O. Boxes.

How do I return an item?

Have you received my returned goods yet?
We will send a confirmation email when we have received your returned goods. This process may take 1-3 weeks after you have sent the goods.
I have received an incorrect item?
Contact us straight away with details regarding the matter, and we’ll sort it out.
How long does it take for me to get a refund?
We will refund your payment within 1-3 weeks after you have sent the goods back to us. Please note that there might be a delay for the money transfer depending on your credit card company.

Why doesn’t my credit card work?
We take most of the major cards out there today, but if any option should be left out, we offer the option to pay by PayPal which works in most other cases.
Do I need an account to place an order?
Accounts are completely optional, but by registering an account you will only have to fill your address once and it will be saved. By saving your account we are able to apply extra access and services.
How do I create an account?
Click on the account icon in the top right of our website. In order to register, all fields with a star need to be filled in.
Will a certain product get back in stock?
We have no general rule about restocking. Sometimes we get restocks, and sometimes we don’t. Stay updated with the RSS feed on the new arrivals page.
